Certified Project Manager (IPMA) with extensive experience of managing system development and implementation projects within IT and Telecom offer the following services:

• Operative project management
• Individual support to existing project management
• Adaption of project methods
• Facilitation of workshops
  

My main strengths in project management are planning, monitoring and taking appropriate actions as well as ensuring that everybody has adequate information to perform. I use situation based and individual based leadership is used to achieve optimal performance. I act without prestige and is result-oriented without loosing the overall view.
